Lower Gastrointestinal Tract

The gastrointestinal (GI), or digestive tract is a procedure to tack the pictures of an internal body organ or digestive trail through passing a plastic tube, equipped with a camera, light, and ultrasound device if requires. This insertion of the plastic tubes can be possible in two ways, one is through the mouth (Upper gastrointestinal tract or UGI) and another through the anus (Lower gastrointestinal tract or LGI). The Doctors decide the way of GI as per the requirement.
