ERCP

ERCP is a diagnostic test or procedure that combines upper gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy and x-rays to treat problems of the bile and pancreatic ducts. The ERCP test is used to perform during examination and diagnosis of diseases of the liver, bile ducts, and pancreas. ERCP is usually best performed under general anesthesia. It may be done using IV sedation.
